In order to secure a confirmed booking at Nineteen you need to pay a deposit by debit or credit card.
In general, payment of your first night's room charge is required as a deposit in order for us to confirm your booking, and the balance is paid upon departure.
If you book through VisitBrighton, they will have charged you 10% of the total cost of your reservation at the time of booking, which is their commission and is non-refundable. Upon our receipt of your booking request, we shall charge your card the difference to make up the full first night's charge as your deposit. Please be aware that our Cancellation & Amendment Policy is only applicable to the amount we take from you and is not applicable to the amount VisitBrighton has taken.
However, the full cost of your stay is payable at the time of booking for the following instances:
We accept all major debit and credit cards, and Sterling cash. We do not accept cheques or other currencies.
There is no surcharge for using cards, unless your card was issued outside the European Union, in which case a 3% fee will be levied to cover the additional fees charged by your card issuer.
